Tier Packages

Tier packages are one-time bundles that combine Action Credits (AC), a time-limited Pro Flipper subscription, and a single named cosmetic item at a discount versus purchasing the components separately. Each tier delivers a fixed, named set of items — no randomized rewards, no chance mechanics, no loot boxes.

Not a loot box. Every tier package contains a fixed, pre-disclosed set of items. You can see exactly what you will receive before you pay. There is no random, probability-driven, or chance-based reward in any tier package.

This bundle delivers, on completed purchase:

200 Action Credits (AC) — added to your AC balance immediately on purchase.
44 days of Pro Flipper — the Pro Flipper subscription is activated (or extended, if you are already a subscriber) for 44 days. Pro perks include +20 daily free AC, the golden AC cosmetic, a 0.75× game-clock multiplier at every level, and priority support.
Founder badge cosmetic — a "Founder" badge shown next to your AC balance in the game header. This is a fixed, non-functional cosmetic; it does not affect gameplay. Deterministically awarded (not random).

Standalone purchase value: 200 AC is valued at roughly half of the 400 AC medium pack ($8.99 ÷ 2 ≈ $4.50), and 44 days of Pro is valued at roughly one-and-a-half Pro Flipper monthly charges (44/30 × $7.99 ≈ $11.73). Combined standalone value ≈ $16.23 versus the $14.99 bundle price — a modest discount, with the permanent Founder badge as the charter-exclusive value.

90 days of Pro Flipper — the Pro Flipper subscription is activated (or extended, if you are already a subscriber) for 90 days (3 months). Same Pro perks as above.
Tycoon badge cosmetic — a "Tycoon" badge shown next to your AC balance in the game header, distinct from the Founder badge. Fixed, non-functional cosmetic. Deterministically awarded (not random).

Standalone purchase value: 600 AC at the large pack rate would cost $24.99 alone, and 90 days of Pro is valued at roughly three Pro Flipper monthly charges (3 × $7.99 = $23.97). The bundle price ($29.99) reflects a meaningful discount versus the $48+ combined standalone price.

How Pro time is applied

Pro time granted by a tier package stacks onto any active Pro subscription you already have. If you have 10 days of Pro remaining when you buy a Founder's Pack (30 days), your new Pro end date becomes 40 days from now — the tier does not overwrite or reset your existing Pro period. If you have no active Pro subscription, the Pro clock starts at the moment of purchase.

How the cosmetic is applied

The cosmetic item (Founder badge or Tycoon badge) is applied to your account as a boolean flag the moment the purchase is confirmed by Paddle's webhook. There is no randomness in which cosmetic you receive — the Founder's Pack always grants the Founder badge, and the Tycoon Bundle always grants the Tycoon badge. A player may hold both badges by purchasing both tiers; each badge is displayed independently next to the AC balance.

Refunds

Tier package purchases are subject to the 14-day refund window described in our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. If a tier package is refunded, the granted AC and cosmetic item will be revoked and the unused portion of the granted Pro time will be clawed back, to the extent permitted by law and the Refund Policy. Already-consumed AC (spent on in-game actions before the refund) may be clawed back as a negative balance or otherwise handled per the Refund Policy.

Loot-box disclosure

Some jurisdictions (including the European Union under the Digital Services Act and certain member-state consumer-protection laws, and several U.S. states) impose disclosure or age-gating requirements on purchases containing randomized digital items. Tier packages contain only fixed, pre-disclosed items and do not meet any commonly used definition of a "loot box". We state this explicitly to avoid any ambiguity for our payment processor (Paddle), regulators, and players. See our Terms of Service §4d for the binding contractual language.
