About Land Flipper Tycoon
Land Flipper Tycoon is a single-player browser game about buying and selling rural Colorado parcels. Every negotiation is against a character with their own situation — an heir attachment-cleaning the family land, an owner behind on property taxes, a buyer stretching a budget, an out-of-state investor convinced the area is about to blow up. The mechanics under those characters are real: county fair-market values, Colorado property-tax pressure, real disaster probabilities (wildfire, hail, drought) sourced from public data, and a negotiation dynamic where patience and timing actually change the deal.
The game is built and operated by Acreford. acreford.com is the parent project — a separate, longer-horizon land research effort — and Land Flipper Tycoon started as a way to put real parcel dynamics in front of people who would never read a county assessor's spreadsheet. The game is the wrapper; the data underneath is the same.
It is a soft launch. The charter window runs 2026-07-21 to 2026-09-15. Anything you buy during the window — Action Credit packs, tier packages, county unlocks, cosmetics — is permanent and yours. Pro Flipper Annual is the one exception: $39.99 for your first year during the charter, then $59.99/year at renewal. Pricing is visible in-game before any checkout, and the refund policy is the one linked below — not a marketing version of one.
Why this window closes for good: the Charter badge is forever — anyone who buys during this window keeps it on their profile permanently, as a mark of being early. But the items themselves (Founder's Pack, Charter Gold Inlay) retire on 2026-09-15 and will never be re-sold, re-skinned, or re-released — not for an anniversary, not for anyone. That promise is what makes the badge meaningful. — Victor
What's actually under the hood
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (the merchant of record — your card statement will show Paddle, not Acreford). For everything else, see our Terms and Privacy Policy.
A small team monitors the game daily, with critical security and payment issues addressed as they arise. Reach us at service@acreford.com.
If something goes wrong
Email service@acreford.com. I read it myself. Refund requests are handled under the policy, not ad-hoc — if the policy says yes, the answer is yes, and I do not negotiate it.
The fine print, plainly
